Pixtuoid: A Terminal Pixel-Art Office for AI Coding Agents

Pixtuoid is an open-source project developed in Rust that transforms the monitoring of AI coding agents into an interactive, pixel-art experience within the terminal. It is designed to visualize Claude Code sessions, representing each agent as a character at a desk in a virtual office. The tool provides visual cues for agent activities such as typing, thinking, waiting, and sleeping, along with color-coded glows indicating the active tool (e.g., Edit, Bash, Read). Users can navigate through multiple floors of the office, and agents have deterministic identities based on session hashes. The project also includes features like weather effects, office pets, and tooltips for detailed agent statistics. Pixtuoid aims to address the challenge of tracking multiple AI agents by offering a more engaging and intuitive alternative to sifting through logs.
